Here you have a unique opportunity to help develop the future e-archives in close collaboration between archivists and developers. We are now looking for e-archivists who will work with our e-archive, which is built on open source software, Roda.
Your work with the e-archive is crucial for the agency's ability to meet today's and future challenges in handling digital business information. You will be part of the group of archivists working with e-archiving and will join the e-archive team together with the IT department.
As an archivist at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you belong to the Business Support Department, Information Control Archives, which leads the strategic work within the entire information management area. You will become part of a working group consisting of approximately 20 archivists. Much of the work is done in collaboration with one or more colleagues and in cooperation with the business operations. As an archivist, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for you who
- have a university degree in a relevant subject area, with at least 40 credits/60 credits in archival science including a C-level thesis, or equivalent competence acquired through several years of work experience in similar work equivalent to at least a 3-year university education
- have very good analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- are proactive and can plan and drive your own work
- quickly adapt to new tasks
- have good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing
- work independently while being good at collaborating and building good relationships.
It is an advantage if you
- have experience working with requirements specification for e-archives
- have experience planning and executing deliveries to e-archives
- have experience working with archival issues within a large organization
- have knowledge of database modeling, SQL, and XML.

Several positions, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
