About the role
As a Salesperson at Niemi Bil, you will guide the customer through the entire car-buying process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire process – from the initial customer meeting to trade-in, contract signing, and delivery. You will guide your customer through our products, test drives, and provide information and sales on accessories and financing solutions.
As a salesperson, your task is to help the customer find the right car for their individual needs. This is a role where you build long-term relationships with customers, and your ability to create a good reputation for both yourself and Niemi Bil is what determines your long-term success.
Who are we looking for?

Furthermore, we are looking for you who has good communication skills and can handle customer questions and concerns both before and after the sale.
- You have a few years of experience in sales in some form.
- Experience in sales within the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Hold a B driving license (manual transmission).
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage).

Other details
You will work at our facility in Gävle. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. We offer secure employment with a collective agreement and a pension plan. We care about our employees' health by offering a wellness allowance.
