About the role
As a Polestar Sales Specialist, you will be at the center of the customers' premium experience as you introduce Polestar cars and services and inspire them to discover everything the brand and Liljas have to offer. You will be the expert who, with engagement and knowledge, meets both the well-informed Polestar enthusiast and the curious newcomer.
In your role, you will meet customers at Polestar Växjö (Space), conduct test drives, and follow along the entire customer journey – from first contact to delivery and follow-up. You will also participate in events together with others in the team, where you represent Polestar Växjö and create a memorable experience for visitors. Polestar has created some of the most innovative cars on the market, and your goal is to deliver an equally innovative, inspiring, and uncompromising customer experience.
Your qualifications
To succeed in the role, we see that you have a genuine interest in new technology. Experience within the automotive industry is not a requirement, but we prefer that you have previous experience in a similar role or experience in selling capital goods. You are confident in handling customers and can express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. A B-class driver's license is required.

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Växjö. Probationary period may apply. Working hours are primarily daytime, but evening work may occur in connection with events. You will work every other weekend during our opening hours. A fixed salary applies.
