Production Manager

Do you want to take overall responsibility for both production and logistics in a manufacturing operation? We are now looking for a Production Manager who, together with the Production Director and colleagues, will drive daily operations forward.

About the role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in the factory – from planning and staffing to optimizing processes and material flows. You are a key person in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production where the right products are delivered at the right time.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and monitor daily production
• Responsible for logistics flows, transport planning, and deliveries
• Ensure good inventory management and structure
• Allocate work and lead personnel
• Drive improvement work within productivity, quality, and working environment
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance

Responsibilities

• Personnel and budget responsibility
• Ensure that production and logistics follow targets, routines, and policies

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in production management and/or logistics within manufacturing industry
• Have good system proficiency (ERP, Excel)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are a confident leader with structure, drive, and a focus on improvement

Experience with LEAN, 5S, or similar working methods is an advantage.
