The Assignment

We at Libera are now looking for new colleagues for the role of warehouse worker at Dahl's new warehouse in Bålsta. We target both those who have previous experience in logistics operations and those with a background from another industry who are curious about a career in one of the world's most expansive fields – logistics.

As a warehouse employee at Dahl, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for deliveries, order picking, and loading. The work involves some more classic tasks such as forklift driving and physical labor, as well as less physical tasks such as monitoring the flow and the robots on your section. Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Registration of incoming goods in the business system
• Reconciling deliveries against delivery notes
• Picking and packing
• Process monitoring in the automated logistics flow
• Support in replenishment of incoming goods and internal forklift transport
• Achieve set goals, both personal and for the team

Working hours are mainly during daytime (Monday–Friday), but there is also an option for afternoon/evening shifts.

We are looking for someone who is efficient and meticulous with an interest in both practical and administrative tasks.

Since a large part of the operations is automated, we would appreciate it if you have a technical interest and find it easy to learn new systems and processes. If you already have a forklift license, we see this as an advantage; otherwise, forklift training will take place before start. We would appreciate previous experience from work in warehousing or production, but also see experience in other technical trades as well as retail and service roles as meritorious.
