About Samhall
Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Each year, approximately 2,000 individuals are referred to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). We provide them with a stable platform to stand on and the opportunity to train their skills and develop their competencies. Our most important goal is that 1,500 people leave us each year for employment outside of Samhall.
Regardless of where you work within our organization, our mission and goals are ever-present. The conviction that all humans possess competence is a compass and a driving force for all of us. We believe that you, reading this, share our strong commitment to this cause.
We are 24,000 employees, including approximately 1,500 managers and specialists, operating across the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.
Welcome to Samhall!
