We have been located in Kungsängen since 2011, and a few years ago we moved into newly built premises with larger spaces. We are now looking for one more person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Service Technician. You should be proficient with computers, have knowledge of spare parts, be a problem solver, and possess general technical knowledge. We would appreciate experience with CABAS, ordering spare parts, and customer service. As a person, we value good social skills, stress tolerance, and attentiveness. Currently, we have two motorhome salespeople and two mechanics working at the facility. We also have our central accounting department located in our premises.

Your responsibilities will include supporting mechanics and sales staff with claims, ordering spare parts, answering technical questions via phone and in person, and processing insurance claims. You may also need to assist with mechanical work in the workshop when necessary. Experience in the motorhome and caravan industry is desirable, as technical knowledge is required for the role of Customer Service Representative/Service Technician. We are the general agents for the brands McLouis, Eura Mobil, and Karmann Mobil.

Autohallen Husbilar was founded in Alingsås in 2003. We are located in Kungsängen (headquarters), Borås, Lomma, and Karlstad. Additionally, Autohallen Husbilar owns Albins Husbilar in Valskog. We are general importers for McLouis, Eura Mobil, and Karmann Mobil. We are also retailers for Carthago. We collaborate across our facilities, and some travel may be required for the job.
