About our open position

We are looking for a System Administrator to join the User Support team within the Information Systems IT department. Here, you will have a varied and developing role where you are a key person in daily user support. You will act as first-line support, perform system changes and tests, manage permissions, and carry out quality controls and corrections in our care systems.

You also play an important role in supporting our users through information, training, and support – both in physical meetings and via other channels. In this role, you may also take on specific responsibility as a local contact person for systems or functions in our IT environment, which means you participate in various collaboration forums related to the assignment.

As a System Administrator, you work both independently and together with colleagues in the team, where you drive your own assignments but also collaborate on joint projects.

Information Systems IT consists of user support, system administration, SIS function, and IT administration. We are responsible for several of the hospital's shared IT systems, such as Melior, ELVIS, MedControl PRO, and others.

We see ourselves as an important service function for healthcare. Our main task is to contribute to freeing up time for care staff through efficient and well-functioning IT support. At the same time, we always have the patient as our ultimate end-user – it is in collaboration with healthcare that we create the greatest value.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have an education that the employer considers relevant for the position, have good computer skills, and are familiar with the most common Office programs. You have good administrative ability, work in a structured and careful manner, and can express yourself clearly in speech and writing, and find it easy to collaborate with different professional groups.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in the hospital's care systems and knowledge of other information systems within healthcare. We would also appreciate that you have an understanding of healthcare processes, workflows, and the organization's needs.

As a person, you are driven, solution-focused, and thrive when taking personal responsibility – while also enjoying collaboration with others. You have a strong sense of service and treat both colleagues and users with respect, engagement, and professionalism.
