We are looking for you who are positive, engaged, and passionate about providing our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be met with good products at good prices, food inspiration, and interesting events.

As a salesperson, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a team player, and together we exceed customer expectations.

The work is varied and includes all different types of tasks found in the store, such as restocking, sales, and cash register work. Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with e.g., own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, orders, quality responsibility, and social media.

We are open when our customers want to shop, which means working hours can vary – days, evenings, and weekends. The position is permanent for 30 hours per week.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have competence in retail sales
• Have experience in service professions
• Have worked in cash register systems and are familiar with digital ordering or inventory systems

It is significant that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You enjoy working in a group and contribute to creating a good work climate.
