About the Role

You will step into a key role in an international operation where Commercial Operations is central to strengthening customer engagement, developing service offerings, and turning business strategy into concrete results. Here, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on Direct-to-Consumer, customer journeys, and improvements that are visible both in operations and in the customer experience.

This role suits you if you thrive on keeping complex initiatives with many stakeholders together, where you create structure, drive change, and get different functions to work towards the same goal. You will become an important coordinating force between business and technology, with the opportunity to influence both working methods and priorities in an area with a clear business focus.

Responsibilities
  • You lead projects and programs from initiation to implementation, follow-up, and impact measurement.
  • You create project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource planning for several parallel initiatives.
  • You manage risks, dependencies, and priorities to ensure progress and delivery against business needs.
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration between, for example, Sales, Marketing, IT, CRM, and Finance.
  • You contribute to developing customer-centric solutions and improved customer journeys.
  • You track results through KPIs and work with continuous improvement.
  • You act as the functional leader for a smaller project team and create clarity regarding working methods, priorities, and deliverables.
  • You lead initiatives within Consumer Engagement and turn business strategy into concrete projects and activities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Documented experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Experience in commercial operations, digital initiatives, or transformation programs.
  • Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • Good knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodology.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience from healthcare, medtech, or consumer health.
