Your Role

As an S&OP Manager within Fighter Production, you will have an overarching responsibility for the sales and business planning of the production. You will have a key interface with other functions within Saab working with costing and scenario management. You hold overall responsibility for coordinating the following areas, which involves a mix of operational and strategic elements:

• S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Costing, generic costing
• Final cost forecast
• Coordination of RCM (Resource Capacity Management)

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong self-drive and engagement. You are social, communicative, and understand the importance of good collaboration. Furthermore, you are efficient, structured, and have the ability to see the big picture while understanding the details when required. You are a networker who easily creates and maintains relationships and trust over time, both internally and externally.

We would also appreciate if:

• You have a good understanding of how we conduct development and production at Saab.
• You have experience leading projects in a dynamic environment.
• You have strong analytical and financial understanding and are business-minded.
• You thrive in an environment with high levels of uncertainty.
• Experience with contract responsibility or strategic work is considered an asset.
• You can communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance process according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
