Allt i Hemmet is a private home care provider offering support in the home in Gävle. Our focus is on psychiatry and substance abuse, but we also serve clients with somatic illnesses and dementia care. Today, we have around 60 employees and approximately 105 clients.

Allt i Hemmet works for the client Gävle Municipality, providing home support to our clients after a decision has been made by the social services caseworker.

Our goal is to strive to provide all our clients with high-quality, safe, and secure care, along with the right support for a well-functioning daily life. We are a large work group with diverse competencies, and we work closely together to achieve good results and high-quality service.

Who are we looking for?

You should be a nurse assistant (undersköterska) and/or have experience as a care aide. Multilingualism is considered a merit.

You should be flexible in your approach to work so that the client feels secure. You view changes as a positive part of your job.

We strive for good communication within the work group to ensure quality assurance in our daily work. As an employee, you have the opportunity to influence and shape the assignments regarding your clients to ensure quality.

About the job

You will work in shifts, but not night shifts. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

You will be responsible for ensuring your workday is well-executed, so experience working independently is important.

We work closely together as a group, so being a team player is essential.

Having a valid B driver's license is a requirement, as we provide services to clients who do not live in central areas.
