VårdIX Bemanning is currently seeking a registered nurse for a consulting assignment in Gävle Municipality. About the Assignment

As a consultant, you will perform standard nursing duties within municipal healthcare. The assignment covers home care, supported living facilities (SÄBO/VÅBO), and activities under the Support and Service Act (LSS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on nursing care interventions.
• Performing medical assessments and clinical interventions.
• Managing medications according to current guidelines.
• Documenting and monitoring patient care.
• Collaborating with assistant nurses, doctors, rehabilitation staff, patients, and relatives.
• Mentoring and supporting nursing staff in their daily work.
• Working with a person-centered and evidence-based approach.

The work is varied and offers you the opportunity to utilize your full competence within municipal healthcare.

Assignment Details

• Location: Gävle
• Department: Home care, SÄBO/VÅBO, and LSS
• Duration: August 24, 2026 – March 31, 2027
• Hours: 75–100 %
• Working Hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends according to schedule
• Schedule: Determined prior to start of assignment

We are looking for someone who

• Is a registered nurse.
• Has at least three years of experience in home care.
• Has at least three years of experience in SÄBO.
• Has at least three years of experience in municipal healthcare.
• Has experience with the medical record system Treserva Hälsoärende.
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
• Have a professional attitude, good collaboration skills, and work independently.
