Job Description

Are you an experienced process operator looking for a new challenge, or do you have a strong interest in production and industrial operations and want to try something new?

We are currently seeking process operators for an exciting assignment with our client in Uppsala. As a process operator, you will work with the operation and monitoring of production processes. You are responsible for ensuring that production is carried out according to established quality requirements, and that all processes comply with current regulations and safety instructions. You will work both independently and in collaboration with other departments in the production.

To take on this role, you have a high school diploma, and we believe you have worked in a similar role as an operator, industrial worker, mechanic, or similar. Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous, responsible, and loyal. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

The assignment is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months with good chances of extension or employment with our client. The work involves shift work and may include both two-shift and five-shift systems, which includes evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment and processes.
• Control of product quality and ensuring that correct specifications are followed.
• Reporting deviations and addressing any issues.
• Documentation of all steps in the production process according to GMP.
• Collaboration with other departments to optimize production flows.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education or several years of work experience that we assess as relevant.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meticulous, responsible, and with a high work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Available for shift work.

Experience

• Experience from production lines and manufacturing.
