Do you want to work sustainably and systematically in a cutting-edge factory with a high-tech production process? Do you have solid experience in a technician role, or are you at the beginning of your career with a strong desire to develop? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

Responsibilities

As a Line Technician, you are the first point of contact for production in the event of downtime. You are responsible for resolving disruptions and coordinating resources for larger technical issues on the lines in consultation with shift leaders. The role also includes training staff on technical matters. Working hours are during the day.

Key Duties:

  • Actively participate in improvement work and identify deficiencies within process sections that hinder the business from achieving set production goals.
  • Continuously monitor the technical status of equipment and proactively prevent emerging defects.
  • Drive technical competence development on the lines.
  • Be responsible for troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance during downtime. Ensure communication with necessary internal resources for the task.
  • Be responsible for and perform assigned planned maintenance activities on process section equipment according to current maintenance routines.

About You

We are looking for someone who collaborates and communicates well with others, is engaged, responsible, and has a structured approach to work. You have good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Experience in training is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Completed technical education or at least 1 year of work experience in areas such as industrial technician or operations technician
  • Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Computer literacy

Qualifications that are an advantage:

  • Knowledge of LEAN production
  • Troubleshooting training in mechanics/electronics
  • GMP knowledge

About the Position

This is a fixed-term position on a trial basis, which converts to a permanent position after 6 months, subject to agreement between the parties. Immediate start.

Selection will take place after week 32.
