At ATG, you will become a key person in the transformation from our existing Oracle on-prem Data Warehouse to a modern cloud-based solution in Snowflake and AWS.

In this role, you will:

• Further develop the Data Warehouse in Snowflake and AWS
• Work with data modeling, transformations, and robust data flows
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes
• Participate in the migration from Oracle to Snowflake
• Integrate data sources and enable new data flows and use cases
• Contribute to principles for data modeling and governance
• Influence technical decisions and the team's working methods

As a Data Engineer within the Data Warehouse team at ATG, you will become a key person in the modernization of our central Data Warehouse. The platform is central to ATG's data-driven work and is used for analysis, reporting, and decision support throughout the organization. You will join us in a phase where we are migrating from Oracle on-prem to Snowflake in AWS, and now continuing to build a modern, scalable, and future-proof solution in the cloud. The role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence technology, architecture, and working methods. You will work in an engaged team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are a natural part of everyday life.

You are confident in SQL and data modeling, enjoy building sustainable and quality-assured solutions, and have a genuine interest in how data can be structured and made accessible efficiently. You thrive with responsibility, close collaboration, and contributing to both technology and working methods. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and curious, with an understanding of quality and stability in business-critical environments.

We see that you have:

• Experience in Data Engineering/Data Warehouse
• Very good knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with ETL/ELT flows
• Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud DW
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Familiarity with Git and modern development flows
• Understanding of data quality, performance optimization, and automated testing
• Good communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage)
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented working style in collaboration with other teams

Meritorious experience:

• Data Vault or other modeling methods
• dbt or similar transformation tools
• Orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalent
• Python or another language for data engineering
• Experience in business-critical environments with high demands on stability and availability

We apply a 6-month probation period and will conduct a background check for this role. The position is full-time and based at our office at Solvalla, right next to the race track.
