The Role

As Chef de Cuisine, you own the kitchen – the quality, the team, and the operations. You plan and develop menus and production, lead and help your team grow, and hold everything together from self-control and food safety to economics, purchasing, and waste. You are the one who sets the standard and ensures it is maintained, every time, whether it is a dinner for twelve or an event for several hundred.

We believe that you

  • Are a chef with several years of experience from a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Are a secure leader who builds teams rather than burning them out.

  • Have knowledge of food hygiene, self-control, and HACCP.

  • Are driven by both the quality of the plate and order in the numbers.

  • Enjoy it when the pace and assignments vary.
