🎯 About the role

As a Team Leader for Production, you have operational responsibility for daily production. You lead, coach, and develop your team while actively working to optimize production flows, reduce setup times, and ensure high quality.

You are an present leader who makes decisions, creates engagement, and sees opportunities for improvement. Through structured LEAN work, you drive development forward together with your employees.

🛠️ Your responsibilities

✔️ Lead and develop the production team in daily work

✔️ Plan and follow up on production

✔️ Work with daily visual management

✔️ Drive and implement improvement work according to LEAN

✔️ Optimize production flows and reduce setup times

✔️ Ensure quality, productivity, and delivery precision

✔️ Motivate, coach, and develop employees

✔️ Responsible for competence development within the team

✔️ Ensure that routines, standards, and preventive maintenance are followed

👤 We are looking for you who

You are a clear and confident leader with strong drive and a genuine interest in developing both people and the business. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have the ability to create engagement within your group.

✅ We believe you have:

🔹 Several years of experience from manufacturing or production industry

🔹 Previous experience in personnel responsibility and leadership

🔹 Good understanding of production planning and production costs

🔹 Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement work

🔹 Ability to work independently and make your own decisions

🔹 Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

⭐ Experience from the electronics industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
