About the Company
Kry Health Center Sundbyberg is a modern clinic located in the heart of Sundbyberg. It is our largest health center in Stockholm, with approximately 23,000 registered patients and 60 dedicated and competent employees. We operate in a well-functioning, family-like, and learning environment where the team works together for our patients. Attached to the health center are both a child health center and home care services. We place great emphasis on good customer service, accessibility, and health-promoting work. We are in an exciting phase of development and are now looking for a nurse assistant who wants to be part of our team.

About the Role
As a nurse assistant here, you will work alongside colleagues from various professions to contribute to safe, secure, and modern primary care. Your tasks include assisting doctors and nurses, performing measurements and sample collections, administrative duties, and working in the lab and reception. In the reception, we work according to an initiative called "Always Welcome," meaning you must enjoy providing good and welcoming service to thrive in this role.

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Approved nurse assistant education.
• At least 1 year of work experience from a health center.
• Experience in reception work with a strong focus on customer service.
• Advantageous: Experience from laboratory work and sample collections.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English.

You are eager to develop, take responsibility for your tasks, and act professionally. You have good teamwork skills, are receptive to both colleagues and patients, flexible, and thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative. Finally, you always ensure and prioritize high patient safety in your work.

Scope: 100% (negotiable)
Employment: Permanent with a 6-month probation period
