We are now looking for a property management assistant with drive and development potential for our portfolio in Fagersta and Köping.

About the role

Here, you will have a central role in the management of approximately 390 rental apartments in Fagersta as well as Ågången shopping center in Köping. You work close to the operations and are an important part of creating safe and pleasant living environments.

This is a job for you who likes variety – one moment you are out in the properties solving practical problems, the next you are supporting tenants in customer service or following up on measures.

You will among other things:

• Support daily management
• Handle fault reports and ensure that measures are followed up
• Plan move-ins and move-outs
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Handle key management
• Work in customer service and be responsible for this during opening hours
• Have daily contact with tenants, contractors, and suppliers
• Contribute to increased well-being and customer satisfaction
• Participate in the planning of maintenance and improvements

For the right person, there is a clear development path towards becoming a responsible property manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You thrive with responsibility, take initiative, and are not afraid to jump in where needed.

You preferably have:

• Practical experience such as carpenter, electrician, plumbing technician, or similar
• A structured work approach and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong sense of service and good customer handling
• Good planning skills
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Class B)

Additional merits:

• Experience from the real estate industry
• Language skills in Arabic or Somali
