Are you our new Kitchen Assistant at Guteskolan AB?

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant for a 100% position in our large-scale kitchen for the autumn term of 2026.

Your responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant, your tasks will include preparatory kitchen work, dishwashing and cleaning, logistics, and inventory management. You will also be involved in serving food and interacting with students.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working in school kitchens and who holds relevant education. As a person, you are flexible, collaborative, and have strong communication skills. You have a talent for inspiring both students and colleagues, and you thrive both working independently and as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you must enjoy working with children and young people. You are structured, clear, and attentive. Since much of the work is done in teams, collaboration and knowledge sharing are central parts of your daily routine.

About Guteskolan AB

Guteskolan AB is an independent school offering preschool, primary, and upper secondary education. Founded in 2007, we currently have approximately 750 children and students. Any profit made by Guteskolan AB is fully reinvested into the operations.

The atmosphere at the school is relaxed and friendly, which contributes to the excellent relationship between teachers and students. Guteskolan AB has "Movement and Health" as a profile focus and places extra emphasis on reading at all levels. All students are offered breakfast. The schedule is organized in blocks, meaning longer lesson periods for each subject.

Employment terms

We offer a position with a 6-month probationary period.
