With us, you will work with rehabilitation where it matters most – in the patient's daily life.

As a physiotherapist with us, you are part of a Health and Care Team together with occupational therapists, rehab assistants, nurses, and nursing assistants. You make your own assessments and contribute to increased independence and quality of life for the patient.

Job Responsibilities

• Assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in the patient's home
• Establishment and follow-up of training and rehabilitation efforts
• Prescription and follow-up of assistive devices
• Guidance and instruction for care staff and relatives
• Documentation according to current regulations
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and participation in care planning

You work daytime Monday to Friday, which provides a good balance between work and leisure.

Experience

Previous experience in municipal health care or home care is advantageous, but not a requirement – personal suitability is most important.

Good language skills in speech and writing are required.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed physiotherapist/occupational therapist
• enjoy working independently
• have good cooperation skills and a solution-focused approach
• meet patients and colleagues with engagement and respect
• have good pedagogical skills and find it easy to build contact with patients, relatives, colleagues, and care staff.
• are confident in computer-based documentation, preferably with experience in the Lifecare HSL documentation system
