Delivery Manager, Northern Renovation Market Area

Our renovation operations are central to Riksbyggens offering and help our customers carry out important maintenance and renovation projects – from riser replacements to solar panels. We are now looking for a Delivery Manager responsible for Karlstad, Uppsala, Västerås, and Örebro.

As a Delivery Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations, its results, and your employees. You are responsible for planning, leading, and developing the business regarding sales and the execution of projects with the right quality. You will be part of the management team together with other Delivery Managers for the Northern Renovation Market Area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, plan, and develop the business area.
• Personnel and budget responsibility.
• Work related to personnel issues, such as working environment, competence supply, and employee development.
• Monitor and ensure that the business operates according to common plans and objectives.
• Measure and follow up on projects related to set goals, calculations, and forecasts.
• Continuously monitor set KPIs with deviation reporting, as well as continuously monitor perceived quality and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for establishing and following up on self-control measures.

Qualifications

• Construction Engineer or Civil Engineer with experience from the real estate or contracting industry.
• You are an experienced, communicative, structured, and results-oriented leader who inspires and engages others.
• You thrive in change management and collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

• Location in Örebro or Västerås.
• The position is full-time with some evening work.
• Start date according to agreement.
• Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.

Riksbyggen's members and owners are divided into three groups:

• Interest Associations
• Local Associations
• National Organizations

The Interest Associations are the ownership and interest organizations for housing cooperatives. They are geographically distributed across the country, and there are a total of 26 interest associations that organize approximately 1,700 housing cooperatives within Riksbyggen.

The Local Associations organize local trade unions and other mass organizations as members of Riksbyggen. Their main task is to conduct advocacy work on issues related to housing construction. There are 22 local associations throughout Sweden.

LO unions and cooperative companies own parts of Riksbyggen. Among the National Organizations are both trade unions within LO as well as cooperative companies and organizations.
