Then we may have the right challenge for you as we are looking for a Site Manager for our facility in Laxå.
About the role
As Site Manager, you will have a central and important role at our facility in Laxå. You are responsible for the results of all business areas, with a strong focus on continued long-term and stable profitability, high customer satisfaction, and a workplace where employees thrive and constantly have the opportunity to develop.
You will work together with a competent team of employees in your daily work, as well as with our other site managers and employees within the group. You will develop the team and the management group in Laxå, which consists of 50 employees, including 7 direct-reporting managers and staff members who are also part of the management group.
Your task will be to lead and develop the company by actively driving, developing, and monitoring the set goals of the business. You will contribute to further developing the collaboration with the other factories in the Talent Plastics Group to create knowledge sharing, efficiencies, joint development, and business benefits.
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and agreements. Together with the organization and the financial controller, you monitor and report financial results and key performance indicators to the group. You are also responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of our employees.
In the role of Site Manager, you report to our Group CEO within the Talent Plastics Group.

In the role, it is important that you have experience from similar assignments in the industry where you have had production and result responsibility, with a great interest in sustainability and understanding the value of active sustainability work. You thrive with, and have experience of, leading, developing, motivating, and engaging those around you. Together, you actively work for well-being and development.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are engaged and result-oriented with strong leadership qualities. You are courageous and drive change through dialogue and clear decisions. You thrive in a multifaceted role and are accustomed to handling the breadth of tasks with precision and efficiency. Your communication skills enable you to create long-term relationships both internally and externally.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, and good familiarity with various business systems, preferably Monitor. If you also have knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 regarding quality and improvement work for automotive customers, we view this as meritorious.

Talent Plastics Group is a leading manufacturer of technical injection molded parts. We offer details from 1 gram up to 3 kg, and our machine park is differentiated from 25 to 1,000 tons. Focus areas are details requiring high finish, insert molded parts, and technically advanced plastic materials/tools – in varying batch sizes. Our customers are found within automotive, electronics, industry, and consumer products. The Talent Plastics Group consists of three factories in Sweden: Laxå, Bredaryd, and Gislaved, and two in Estonia: Tallinn and Tartu.
