Your Role

We are looking for a Construction/BIM Engineer to join our technical department in Halmstad, where you will become part of a cohesive team of eight highly competent individuals with strong team spirit. In this role, you will work closely with both colleagues and clients, enjoying a daily routine that combines technical expertise, collaboration, and practical project application.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working consultatively at our clients' sites across Sweden, acting as technical support – often serving as an extension of the site manager regarding reinforcement and production matters.
• Developing solution proposals and production documentation, allowing you to influence both efficiency and quality in projects.
• Working with BIM tools, primarily Tekla Structures, and developing your specialist competence in this area.
• Collaborating closely with site teams, the sales organization, and production, giving you a central role with many touchpoints and deep insight into the entire value chain.
• Following projects from planning to execution, building valuable relationships within the construction industry in both small and large, complex projects.

The role is both technically and socially stimulating, offering excellent opportunities for development within reinforcement and concrete structures.

Most of the work is performed from our office in Halmstad, but we encourage project visits to stay close to the operations and the people you work with.

Who are you?

We are looking for a social and engaged person with an eye for detail and high accuracy in your work. You thrive in collaboration with others and enjoy discussing ideas to find solutions to the challenges that arise.

We believe you have a background as a construction engineer with a few years of industry experience. Alternatively, you may have other relevant experience in construction, reinforcement, or related fields that we consider equally meritorious.

We would appreciate it if you could describe your personal strengths, your knowledge, and what drives and develops you in your professional role.

Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, as well as good proficiency in English. A valid Category B driver's license is a requirement. Additional merits include good computer literacy and experience with Tekla or other drawing programs.
