Polyfix AB is a successful industrial company, established in 1984, that develops and manufactures components for playgrounds. The company focuses particularly on plastic, aluminum, and rope-based details used in playground structures within rope systems and climbing frames.

Polyfix is a well-established international brand with customers worldwide. The office and production are located in Söderköping, where we have a small, competent, and efficient organization driven by our vision: to supply the playground industry with safe, high-quality, and well-designed products. We achieve this by being innovative and leading in product development, providing excellent service and customer care, and maintaining short lead times.

The company is currently in a growth phase, and we primarily see growth opportunities internationally, where we have good potential to expand both with existing customers and in new countries, including South America.

Polyfix AB is part of the industrial group Eitrium, with Spiltan Invest as the main owner.

Your Role

As CEO, you are responsible for the company's continued development with a focus on business development and growth, primarily in the international market. You work closely with our customers and partners who design and build safe playgrounds, and you thrive on developing long-term business relationships.

You will lead a small organization consisting of seven highly competent employees in their respective areas. Much of our success stems from close collaboration, both with our customers and internally within our team. Therefore, we place great emphasis on you basing your work from Söderköping.

The position involves regular travel, primarily international, but domestic travel within Sweden also occurs.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience in international sales and business development from manufacturing industrial companies, preferably with own products. You have worked in leadership roles and are accustomed to combining strategic work with close customer relationships. You are also experienced in conducting contract negotiations.

You have good competence in financial management; experience working in smaller companies without large support functions is valuable. Furthermore, you easily see opportunities, are curious and business-minded, and thrive in an environment where you have significant mandate to influence the company's results.

Your leadership is engaging, with a high ability to create involvement and consensus around clear goals. You are challenging and driving, but with a positive, down-to-earth, and trust-based approach.
