Do you want to use your experience and specialist competence to make a difference in a constantly developing operation?

We are now looking for an experienced cleaner who wants to contribute to high quality, good service, and development within the cleaning services of Olofström Municipality.

About the position

As a cleaner with specialized expertise, you will work both operationally and developmentally within the operation. You are responsible for ensuring high cleaning quality, following up on work methods, and contributing your professional knowledge to daily work.

The work involves cleaning within the municipality's operations and includes both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Daily and periodic cleaning
• Advanced floor care and maintenance
• Window cleaning
• Deep cleaning and construction cleaning
• Decontamination and special cleaning
• Washing of textiles, furniture, and carpets
• Quality controls and self-inspections
• Introduction and guidance of new employees
• Participation in the development of work methods and routines
• Work in the operation's laundry
• Delivery and handling of cleaning materials and equipment
• Use and maintenance of modern cleaning machines

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of documented experience in professional cleaning
• SRY-, PRYL- or equivalent vocational education
• Good knowledge of floor care, material science, and cleaning chemistry
• Experience with machine cleaning and maintenance of cleaning equipment
• Good digital competence and experience working in digital systems, plus a Category B driver's license
• Very good communication skills and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. You can independently absorb, interpret, and apply written instructions, quality requirements, and safety routines in daily work. Furthermore, you have good administrative skills and are accustomed to documenting, reporting, and working in digital operational systems.

Merits

It is meritorious if you have:

• INSTA 800 training or experience with quality follow-up according to INSTA 800.
• Experience working in public operations, such as schools, healthcare, or social care.
• Experience with introducing, guiding, or training colleagues.
• Knowledge of hygiene requirements, infection prevention cleaning, and decontamination.
• Experience with planning, coordination, or quality work within cleaning services.
