Cleaning Supervisor

About the Job

Kölnan Cleaning & Moving offers professional moving and cleaning services to private individuals and companies in Skåne.

We are now looking for a supervisor who wants to take operational responsibility for the daily running of our cleaning operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning staff, planning, quality assurance, customer contact, and handling complaints. Operational cleaning work is a natural part of the role.

You will become an important part of the business and act as the link between customers, employees, and the company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the cleaning staff in their daily work
• Plan and distribute work within move-out cleaning, domestic cleaning, office cleaning, and deep cleaning
• Ensure that our assignments meet high quality standards
• Handle complaints and follow up on actions with customers and staff
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and ensure a high level of service
• Introduce, train, and coach new employees
• Plan staffing and ensure the right resources are allocated to assignments
• Participate in recruitment and build a stable pool of substitutes
• Perform operational cleaning work within our services as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience from the cleaning industry
• Has previous experience in leading and supervising staff
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has good skills in planning, prioritizing, and making independent decisions
• Is a clear leader who motivates and engages their employees
• Has a service-oriented approach and enjoys customer contact
• Can communicate in Swedish and English
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience in domestic and move-out cleaning is an advantage.

About the Position

The work is based in Malmö and takes place at customer locations throughout southwestern Skåne.

Working hours are primarily Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00, but evening and weekend work may occur as needed.

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) will be requested upon employment.
