Short about the role

The role of Property Technician involves being responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of our properties. You are responsible for corrective maintenance, monitoring utility consumption, and implementing operational optimization measures. The role also includes supervision of external maintenance. As a Property Technician, you are the face of the company and play a key role in facilitating our tenants' daily lives.

Your profile

You have previous experience as a Property Technician or as another type of technician (e.g., in heating, construction, cooling, HVAC, or electrical). For us, willingness and long-term commitment are just as important as previous experience. You must also hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience working for a property company is advantageous, as is experience with control and regulation technology. We also prefer candidates who have worked with property management systems such as Vitec and Bastec, for example, the modules Technical Management and Energy Monitoring.

As a person, you thrive when taking responsibility for the maintenance and condition of properties, as well as for tenant satisfaction. You value planning your work, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. This role involves frequent contact with our tenants, so prior customer service experience is required.

You will be based in Kristianstad. The work area also includes, among other places, Bromölla, Åhus, and Tollarp. You will be part of a cohesive team consisting of property managers, lettings agents, administration staff, Property Technicians, and the Property Manager. You will report to the Property Manager in Kristianstad.

This is a permanent position preceded by a six-month probationary period, starting as agreed.
