As a mail carrier, you are the pulse of everything we do. We change with the world, but our societal mission remains the same today as it was yesterday. As the final link in the delivery chain, you are part of a team and context where joy and pride are our culture.

This position is a fixed-term employment with a full-time engagement (100%). The employment starts in week 34 and runs through week 4, 2027. Your working hours will be scheduled during daytime, Monday–Friday, between approx. 06:30–17:30. You will be based out of Kungsgatan 34, Lindesberg.

What you will do

• Sort mail
• Distribute letters, small parcels, newspapers, and advertising using a bicycle, e-bike, right-hand drive car, electric vehicle, or moped
• Plan and execute your workday in the best possible way based on today's route

Who you are

• Self-motivated: You know what needs to be done, and you do it.
• Enjoy being outdoors: If the weather and wind bite, you grit your teeth and push back.
• Organized and punctual: Order and precision are important to ensure good delivery on time.
• Good fitness and mobility: You are on the move for large parts of the day.
• Flexible: Even though you follow a route, unplanned events sometimes occur that require you to act.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• Experience working independently and in teams
• Strong service mindset
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Category B driver's license: Comfortable driving and safe in traffic
• High school diploma, or currently in the final year of high school
