About Us
Welcome to Närhälsan Töreboda Health Centre – a pleasant and well-functioning workplace with approximately 40 employees and around 7,500 registered patients.
We are a team that values collaboration, team spirit, and a good work environment just as highly as quality and results. The health centre offers both emergency and planned care, including a district doctor's clinic, a district nurse's clinic, Child Health Services (BVC), and a laboratory. We collaborate closely with midwife clinics, youth clinics, rehabilitation clinics, public dental care, and social services, as well as having a good cooperation with Töreboda Municipality.
The health centre is located centrally in Töreboda with good commuting options from places such as Skövde and Mariestad by train, bus, or car.

About the Job
Your tasks are varied and cover the entire field of general medicine. You meet patients of all ages and work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity via phone, digital care meetings, home visits, and clinic visits.
The work includes both emergency and planned care, where you independently triage, treat, and follow up with patients at your own clinic. At the same time, you are part of close collaboration with colleagues, interprofessional teams, and external partners.
You are also involved in developing and driving the business forward together with the health centre management. An important and appreciated part of the role is contributing to future competence supply by supervising students.
As part of our joint mission, we also staff the emergency centre in Mariestad together with four other health centres, which involves working evenings and weekends.

About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Experience from working in primary care is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and clinic visits. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and business development.
A professional approach and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

Travel for work purposes occurs; a Category B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite relevant candidates to a phone interview. The hiring manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
