As an ILS Engineer (Integrated Logistics Support), you work to ensure that technical systems are fully supported throughout their entire lifecycle, from acquisition to decommissioning. You are responsible for structuring, analyzing, and supplementing technical information, with a focus on creating the right conditions for maintenance, spare parts management, and documentation. The work is performed close to the team and includes collaboration in long-term projects with support from senior colleagues. Examples of responsibilities

• Structure and manage technical information in systems such as Teamcenter and PMF.
• Map, analyze, and supplement missing or deficient data.
• Create and update documentation, analyses, and reports.
• Ensure that the correct spare parts, PMF kits, and accessory lists are available.
• Work on developing and quality-assuring maintenance processes.
• Handle information gaps, for example when background material from the client is missing.
• Follow projects throughout the entire lifecycle in close collaboration with the team and other functions.
• Contribute to holistic assignments related to technical systems and reference facilities.
• Travel may occur within Sweden as part of the role.

• A relevant technical university degree or civil engineering degree.
• Previous work experience considered relevant.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The role is security-classified, which may require specific citizenship.
• Valid B driver's license.
• Ability to travel for work purposes.

• Experience working in Teamcenter.
• Experience with ILS or maintenance work.
• Experience from the defense industry.
• Completed Teamcenter training for the role of registrar or service planner.
