We are now looking for a service-minded and driven customer receptionist for our auto workshop. The tasks include, among other things, booking customers in for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for the mechanics, handling payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. You should have good knowledge of cars and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A major focus is placed on providing good service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. The ideal candidate has an easy time connecting with new people and thrives in a flexible work environment. You should also have a very strong sense of service.

We work with all types of car brands and models, but we are slightly more specialized in Volkswagen and Skoda.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Trained in vehicle technology or have experience within the automotive industry
• Organized
• Proficient in computer use
• Good knowledge of English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

The position is a full-time role. We apply a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract, along with individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
