Siccum is now looking for a Team Leader for its operations in Luleå – an important role where you will combine operational work with leading and developing the team. Information about the position

Siccum is a leading company in freeze dewatering – a technology that enables cost-effective and environmentally friendly ways to handle waste and recover valuable resources. Based in Luleå and Pajala, Siccum works to optimize the dewatering of various materials, leading to both economic and environmental gains.

Siccum is now seeking a Team Leader for its operations at Bergnäset in Luleå.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Siccum, you will have a central role in daily operations. You will work operationally together with the team, while also being responsible for planning, prioritizing, and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• Lead and distribute daily work within the team.
• Be an present Team Leader who supports employees in operational tasks.
• Ensure that production is carried out according to plan, quality requirements, and safety routines.
• Participate practically in the operation, maintenance, and handling of freeze dewatering equipment.
• Plan resources, materials, and work tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of working methods.
• Identify technical challenges and drive solutions together with the team.
• Create structure and contribute to a positive and safe working environment.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is confident and engaged, likes to take responsibility, and enjoys helping those around them succeed. You do not need to have held a formal Team Leader role before – what matters most is that you have the right drive, experience, and willingness to develop.

We believe that you:

• Have experience from industry, production, mechanics, or other practical operations.
• Enjoy working operationally while also taking responsibility for others.
• Are solution-oriented and used to taking initiative.
• Have the ability to create structure and prioritize in daily life.
• Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have experience in team leadership, industrial operations, electrical/mechanical work, or a loader operator's certificate.

Most importantly for this recruitment is that you are engaged, responsible, and want to develop the operations together with Siccum.

Scope: Full-time (employment begins with a 6-month fixed-term contract)
