The production is located in Torshälla, and we are now looking for a driven Production Manager for our surgical instruments department, who will be a key cog in our continued journey to success.

The Role

As Production and Process Manager in Torshälla, you are the hub of our daily operations. Your most important task is to be a present and secure leader for your team. You are someone who thrives in the operational environment, who listens, and who leverages the incredible craftsmanship knowledge found among our employees. As a production manager, you are responsible for production and daily operations, as well as continuously developing and improving production processes.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Coaching Leadership: You lead and distribute work in a way that creates engagement and joy in work.
• Team Development: You ensure the right staffing, follow up on training plans, and ensure that everyone in the team has the prerequisites for success.
• Quality & Delivery: You are responsible for keeping schedules and budgets, with an uncompromising focus on ensuring our products meet the highest safety requirements.
• Drive Development: Through a non-hierarchical approach, you work strategically to improve processes and achieve our common goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience from production leadership in the manufacturing industry and have a drive for continuous improvement. In addition, it is a great advantage if you have worked with manufacturing within medical technology and have experience with the quality system ISO 13485. You are humble and attentive, but you also have the courage and confidence to make decisions and lead the way forward when needed. You have the ability to bring people along through your professional attitude and your natural aptitude for building trust and long-term relationships.

Your qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Leadership: You have a documented drive for continuous improvement and experience in leading personnel.
• Background: University/college education or vocational training with long experience from industrial operations.
• Tools: You have good computer skills, and it is a big plus if you have worked in the business system Monitor.
• Languages: As we are an international company, you master both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

You are responsible, proactive, and driving in the development of our operations. You understand the importance of achieving results, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high quality in your work. You have a desire to learn new things and enjoy creating results and achieving goals both individually and together with the rest of the team.
