MLA (Medical Responsible Physician) – Nära Vård Berg Bräcke Ragunda
The role of MLA (Medical Responsible Physician) is an exciting position that offers you significant opportunities to drive the medical development of 'Nära Vård' (Close Care). You will have dedicated time and a seat at the table in working groups where you can influence the design of our future Close Care services.
Nära Vård Berg Bräcke Ragunda consists of Health Centers in Myrviken, Svenstavik, Bräcke, Kälarne, Hammarstrand, and Stugun. Additionally, there are branches in Storsjö kapell, Gällö, and Bispgården. The ambulance stations in Svenstavik, Bräcke, and Hammarstrand are also part of the area, though they have their own MLAs.
Tasks and Work Environment
You will combine the MLA role with a clinical part at one of the area's health centers. We have excellent cooperation between different professional groups in the area. We work with a high level of service and always keep the patient in focus. You will have a personally tailored assignment with your own patient list. The way of working includes increased opportunities for home visits, thereby providing security to the patients who need it most.
The health centers in the area are well-functioning units with a rural profile, where we work together as a team. Here, doctors, midwives, district nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators work together. We have our own radiology clinic with a radiologic technologist in Svenstavik and Hammarstrand, and Bräcke is launching its service this autumn. The units also have a Psychosocial Clinic (PSM) with psychologists and counselors, as well as physiotherapy with physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

1 position(s).
You are passionate about driving our medical development towards Close Care. Here, you will be part of developing the health centers in the ongoing transition work towards Close Care and the transition based on the Joint Health Care Investigation's decisions. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You bring forward ideas but can also support others' ideas to best achieve development and implementation. We focus heavily on 'Smart Clinical Choices' (Kloka kliniska val), where you as MLA will play a key role.
Together with the Business Manager, PLA (Psychological Leadership Responsibility), Business Developer, Unit Managers, and colleagues with the role of MLU (Medical Leadership Responsibility) at the units, we drive these issues with the patient in focus in a good working climate. You will become the Business Manager's closest medical support, a member of the area's leadership group, and collaborate with the area's PLA as well as MLUs from each respective unit. You will participate in MLA groups at both the Primary Care level and Region-wide.
You will work as MLA 30% and spend the remaining time as a General Specialist at one of the area's units. With your wishes, a large part of the time can excellently be arranged as remote work.

Working as a General Specialist with us means that you assess, investigate, treat, and advise patients in primary care with various types of complaints and issues. You work with health promotion activities, group activities, and collaborate with other professions at the health center. You will work based on evidence-based methods individually, in group activities, and via the internet.
We actively work to develop our treatment efforts, promote good living habits, prevent long-term sick leave, and facilitate a quick return to work.
