Welcome to Mikael Loods Åkeri AB, a warehousing and logistics center with a perfect location in the largest consumption area in the Nordics. Here we offer everything from warehouse management, picking and packing, to flexible distribution solutions.

Our handling ranges from small components to large bulky goods. We have both security-classified warehouses (class 3) and cold storage (class 1).

About the role

As a warehouse employee with us, you will have a central role in the flow of goods and materials. The work is varied and involves all tasks included for a warehouse employee. This includes picking, packing, replenishment, inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as warehouse administration. You will become part of a small team where collaboration is important, and where we together ensure that the right item reaches the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing: Picking orders according to customer specification and packing for shipment.
• Goods handling: Receiving and checking incoming goods, as well as booking returns.
• Warehouse replenishment: Ensuring articles are available in picking areas and updating stock status.
• Forklift operation: Driving and handling forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Warehouse administration: Registration in warehouse and order management systems, as well as following up on inventory.
• Collaboration and order: Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workflow.

Who are you?

We are looking for a responsible and meticulous person who thrives in a pace where structure and collaboration are important. We appreciate if you have previous experience from warehousing or logistics work, and that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Meticulous and quality-conscious.
• Enjoys physical work and can be on the move during the workday.
• Communicative and works well in a team.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Requirements and merits

• Experience from warehousing, picking/packing, or distribution, where you handle everything from order to delivery.
• Forklift license (A/B).
• Category B driver's license is a merit.
• Good computer skills and experience working in systems.

Working hours and employment

• Employment type: Full-time according to agreement.
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday.
• Location: Eskilstuna
• Collective agreement, pension, and insurance: Offered according to company policy.
