Vifolkagården Care Home is located in Mantorp. Here, we focus on creating a meaningful existence for residents through good care and support in close collaboration with various professions. We work extensively with quality and development and constantly strive to improve our care home. The facility consists of five wards and has 46 apartments. Two wards are for dementia care and three are for somatic care. We also have 2 apartments for respite care. We are now looking for several assistant nurses who want to take on the challenge and become part of our unit.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of assistant nurse at Vifolkagården Care Home, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a salutogenic perspective.

The role of assistant nurse mainly involves working in an engaged and active manner with nursing and rehabilitation training, as well as daily life rehabilitation, to ensure that residents have a secure, pleasant, and meaningful existence. The tasks include delegated health and medical care duties as well as documentation, and you will be an active participant in our development work. The role also involves a large part of social interaction with residents, where you are expected to support them in various daily activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated and graduated as an assistant nurse. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked systematically with written documentation, deviations, implementation plans, quality, routines, and quality registers. Experience with the documentation system Lifecare is an advantage.

You have the ability to write clearly, concisely, and in a well-structured manner.
