Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life. Your work will have a clear focus on work capacity assessments, alongside targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level to handle issues such as stress and conflicts. You will meet a motivated client base eager to return to work and move forward. The temporary position is located in Vilhelmina/Lycksele, involving physical delivery of our services but primarily extensive digital work with clients across Sweden, offering an interesting variation in your role. For this to work smoothly, you need to live within commuting distance. We also believe that the best development and team spirit are created when we sit together.

In this role at Falck, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and truly see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. The role focuses on work capacity assessments and counseling at the individual level, although interventions at the group and organizational levels may also occur.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Experience in support counseling and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills, along with an interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
• Experience with organizational assignments

You are proactive and have the ability to take on the role of a consultant by, for example, deepening your knowledge in new areas requested by clients and working creatively to achieve the best results.

Other:

Parental leave substitute for 12 months. Full-time (100%) with start after the summer. Working hours are weekdays excluding holidays, 8:00-17:00.

Location: Vilhelmina or Lycksele. The role involves travel in the local area according to business needs, meaning you must have a driver's license and preferably access to a private car.
