We are interested in you who wish to work days, evenings, and nights, full-time, part-time, or hourly. With us, we offer a working time model where you can get a reduced working time of up to 32 hours per week.

We also work with individually tailored introductions with guidance from an appointed mentor, continuous education, further training, and scenario training so that you feel secure in your role as a nurse. We offer something for everyone regardless of experience level. We prioritize and place great focus on the introduction so that it is adapted both to you as a newly graduated nurse or with experience. If you thrive in your current workplace but are interested in emergency care and want to rotate to the emergency department, we are positive to that. If you are a specialist nurse in emergency care, there are great opportunities for development. We are in the process of shaping the specialist nurse's role and can thus offer opportunities for development and variation.

Job Description

As a nurse in the emergency department, we offer a workday that varies in both content and challenges, where you are a clear and central part of the patient's care. Many different patient groups turn to the emergency department, and therefore we need employees with different experiences, backgrounds, and competencies.

Work Group

The work takes place in teams that are tightly knit within different professions, and you are responsive and communicative. We see collaboration both within the team and across clinical boundaries as a matter of course.

About You

Experience of working in an emergency department/ambulance care is meritorious.

Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and in writing.

We see that in line with our values, you are an open person with a positive attitude, both as a person, and towards the organization's set goals, policies, and guidelines. You are engaged and enjoy sharing your knowledge, experiences, and ideas to make the clinic even better together with us. Since we are active in emergency care where conditions can change quickly, we see that you are secure and stable as a person and in your profession, and when required, have no problem making quick decisions.
