We are now looking for more people who want to become part of our team in Örnsköldsvik. We are hiring full-time drivers, but we can also take in part-time and extra drivers. As a full-time or part-time driver, you work according to a rolling schedule. As an extra driver, you choose which shifts you want to work, but the company requests that employed staff have an employment degree of at least 10%.

For this position, the start of employment is planned for August. Before starting employment, training in the company's routines and equipment will be conducted.

We are primarily looking for you who already hold a taxi license. However, for those who do not have a taxi license, we offer help with studies to obtain the license (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs to obtain the taxi license (exam fees, medical examinations, etc.).

We are looking for the best drivers in Örnsköldsvik. By "best," we mean you who are not only safe behind the wheel, but we are looking for people who can deliver good service and who, with a cheerful mood, take care of our customers. Driving a taxi with us is primarily about offering good service, and it is a big advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You work with customer contact on every trip, and you play an important role in the daily lives of those who use our services.

We are a premium brand within taxi services, and you will be our face and an ambassador for the company; therefore, we have high demands on you. Being a premium brand is also reflected in our excellent reputation among both customers and drivers. Currently, the customer rating for our drivers is 4.7 out of 5.

Your tasks as a taxi driver are to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with the best possible service. Being a taxi driver is a very service-oriented profession with much customer contact. Driving with us means you primarily perform socially funded transport. This includes service trips for regions, school trips, and transport assistance trips for municipalities, as well as some trips for private and corporate customers. You work constantly with people and are often a key figure in their daily lives to get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate traffic in large parts of Norrland (Northern Sweden). We have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and large parts of Norrland. Currently, we have a total of approx. 175 vehicles and approx. 350 employed drivers.

In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, the job includes keeping the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.

The company has a collective agreement, and the salary is determined in accordance with this agreement.

In Örnsköldsvik, salary setting follows the following model:

New driver without professional experience:
Per month: 27,753 SEK (166.78 SEK/h)

2 years of experience in the profession:
Per month: 28,594 SEK (171.84 SEK/h)

4 years of experience in the profession:
Per month: 29,072 SEK (174.71 SEK/h)

6 years of experience in the profession:
Per month: 29,171 SEK (175.31 SEK/h)

Allowances:
OB (Shift work allowance) = 31.58 SEK/h
Kval-OB (Qualification shift work allowance) = 52.79 SEK/h
