Our group consists of approximately 50 mechanics who perform work throughout Sweden and parts of the Nordics. Our key principles are self-responsibility and internal drive. Your Responsibilities

Your tasks include, among other things, preventive and corrective maintenance within our area of operation, as well as participation in modifications and new installations. The work is performed both in the field and in our workshops.

The role involves identifying and rectifying faults, documenting work efforts, and preparing assignments. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out within established time and cost frameworks.

An important part of the position is quality work, where you actively contribute with improvement proposals within operations, HSEQ, and maintenance activities. Great emphasis is placed on contacts with customers and suppliers, where you are expected to take clear responsibility throughout the entire process – from planning to delivery.

On-call duty may be included in the position, and travel may occur. For the right person, there are also opportunities for further development.

Location

The position is based in Gothenburg, but travel and work at other locations may occur.

Education & Competence

You are proactive and have the ability to work independently as well as take responsibility for your tasks. The position involves extensive customer contact, which places high demands on good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach.

We would like you to have at least a high school education, or equivalent competence through long experience as a service technician. You work analytically, carefully, and with a risk-aware approach. It is an advantage if you thrive on challenges and have a strong interest in problem-solving. We also look for:

• Experience in industrial maintenance and repair work (required)
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in turning and milling (advantageous)
• Good experience with pump maintenance
• Knowledge of bearings and seals
• Experience with heavy rotating equipment such as compressors & turbines, etc.
