Sales Representative for Växjö and Surrounding Areas

We are now looking for you to take on the role of Sales Representative at Pictura.

We are seeking an engaged and responsible employee with high energy and a distinct flair for trade and service. As a Sales Representative here, you are responsible for your entire district regarding sales, turnover, and budgeting.

We want you to be a team leader who works closely with the Regional Manager and the entire team of consultants. As a Sales Representative, you also help your consultants in the team to sell parts of the assortment and work towards set, common goals. Together with the Regional Manager, you will lead team meetings and be responsible for budget follow-up and sales monitoring within the district.

As a Sales Representative here, you do not have direct personnel responsibility but work with overall district responsibility. Both consultants and sales representatives report directly to the Regional Manager.

About the Job

Being a Sales Representative at Pictura involves, among other things, responsibility for:

• Selling the Pictura Group's assortment in both grocery retail (FMCG) and specialty retail.
• Daily processing of both existing and new prospect customers within the district.
• Serving customers with optimal in-store placement, as well as providing support and expert advice on our assortment.
• Joint calls with your consultants to achieve the highest level of service for customers.
• Actively participating in digital meetings, physical meetings, and sales conferences.
• Recruiting, training, and equipping resource personnel in coordination with the Regional Manager, and planning schedules together with your consultants.

The role requires that you are structured and highly responsible. You are able to work independently within fixed frameworks and planning schedules. You are meticulous and results-oriented. Both you as a Sales Representative and our consultants are Pictura's face to our customers, and it is important to be able to create good and long-term relationships.

The position is a full-time role, and you should be based in Växjö and surrounding areas.

Experience in sales, primarily within FMCG, is a requirement.
