Skoogs Bränsle is an energy company working with the distribution and sale of fuel products from Sundsvall in the south to Riksgränsen in the north. Skoogs Bränsle sells and distributes liquid fuels, including petrol, diesel, and alternative fuels. We are a local alternative to the major oil companies, and our station network in the group currently consists of approx. 150 gas stations. We also deliver fuel via bulk deliveries directly to customers, both businesses and private individuals. We also sell lubricants, chemical products, and accessories in our five shops. Do you want to help ensure that fuel deliveries in Norrbotten work every day, all year round?

We are now looking for a Transport Manager for our office in Piteå. With us, you become part of a family-owned company with high ambitions and short decision-making paths. You work closely with both drivers and management and play a key role in ensuring that our deliveries are carried out in a safe, efficient, and customer-oriented manner.

About the position

As a Transport Manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of our tanker truck transports, focusing on safety, delivery precision, and efficiency.

The work involves among other things:

• Receiving customer orders
• Planning daily deliveries of fuel and AdBlue
• Ensuring efficient loads, routes, and vehicle utilization
• Maintaining ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and suppliers
• Administering and invoicing completed deliveries
• Handling deviations and solving problems that arise in daily operations
• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods
• Participate in on-call duty every fourth week, according to a rolling schedule

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in transport management and/or fuel distribution and who have a good understanding of how transport operations work in practice.

• Have experience in transport management, preferably within fuel or tanker truck transports, or alternatively have experience as a tanker truck driver and want to take the next step in your career
• Have good geographical knowledge of Norrbotten
• Are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems
• Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, customers, and drivers
