Who are we?

In our operations, we focus on the development and learning of children and young people. We view the individual from a 0–20-year perspective and base our approach on the individual conditions and needs of children and young people.

In the autumn of 2019, we started a completely new school in the Bråvalla area. It is an educational center for vocational training and is a creative and modern school filled with the latest technology. The school has approximately 700 students across a wide range of vocational programs.

Bråvallagymnasiet is a new and modern upper secondary school for students interested in technology, innovation, and practical problem-solving. Here, students receive a vocational diploma with the opportunity to continue their studies. We have close cooperation with companies that provide students with internships, jobs, and exciting career opportunities. Through joy, a great atmosphere, and skilled teachers, we shape individuals who are professionally competent, secure, and strong.

Your responsibilities

The position includes teaching in Social Studies 1a:1, History 1a:1, and/or Religious Education. Mentorship is included in the position.

You belong to one of our teaching teams but work with students from several of the school's programs. The position involves responsibility and authority, as well as a well-adapted assignment that should lead to increased engagement, efficiency, and the dissemination of new pedagogical ideas.

You plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching individually and together with colleagues, and you enjoy passing on your knowledge to students and colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are educated and qualified as an upper secondary school teacher and who enjoy working with young people.

You are receptive and see each student and their individual needs. You create a good relationship with the students but are not afraid to set boundaries. It is important that you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and parents and that you are a person who wants to contribute to the school's development together with the other teachers in the team. You are secure and stable and distinguish between the personal and the professional.
