We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented property maintenance worker who wants to work extra with us as needed. We currently manage five properties located in Gothenburg, Sävedalen, Jonsered, and Stenkullen in Lerum, and need ongoing help with maintenance, upkeep, and practical measures around these.

During the summer, primarily in July and August, the work will consist of fixed rounds according to agreement. After that, the work will continue on an ongoing basis as needed on an hourly basis.

About the role

As a property maintenance worker with us, you will work with standard property maintenance both indoors and outdoors. The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Grass mowing and garden maintenance
• Supervision and simple maintenance of robotic lawnmowers
• Cleaning and maintenance in and around the properties
• Rounds and supervision of properties
• Actions in case of fault reports
• Simple maintenance work
• Minor repairs and practical fixes
• Other tasks related to ongoing property maintenance

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience working as a property maintenance worker or equivalent practical experience
• Are handy, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Have a sense of service and good customer handling
• Are flexible and can step in when needed
• Have a B driver's license and access to your own car
• Can get yourself to our properties in Gothenburg, Sävedalen, Jonsered, and Stenkullen/Lerum

Scope

The position is an extra job on an hourly basis. During July and August, there is a need for fixed rounds, and thereafter the work is done on an ongoing basis as needed.

Start date by agreement.
