About the Role

As Sales Support/Salesperson, you play a key role in developing and managing our flower departments for grocery customers in your district.

Your workday will begin at Blomsterboda's branch in Malmö, where you will assemble the assortment for the day's deliveries to the stores you will visit and be responsible for during the day. The stores you are responsible for vary, sometimes day by day, and sometimes week by week. You will work independently but also travel and work together with colleagues, especially during peak season.

In the store, you are responsible for ensuring the flower department is always sales-oriented, well-stocked, and fresh. You handle deliveries, product care, price maintenance, and cleaning, and serve as our face to the store and customer.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an eye for color, form, and sales
• Enjoys customer contact and service
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant
• Thrives on early mornings and varied workdays
• Experience from the grocery retail sector is a plus

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Retail experience is advantageous
