• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on our shared guiding documents and guidelines.
• Your tasks include leading, motivating, and stimulating students in their development, as well as handling student welfare cases involving contact with students and guardians.
• You are part of a work team where you contribute to developing teaching and operations from a holistic perspective.
• Your leadership is crucial for ensuring every student reaches their goals.

About Us

At Heby School, approximately 320 students attend, with about 120 of them in the school's after-school center. We have double classes from Preschool Class to Grade 6, meaning you will have at least one other teacher in the same grade. We enjoy collaboration, work without hierarchy, and help each other. The school is centrally located with easy access to bus and train.

We want you to:

• Hold a teacher's degree for Grades F-3 and be qualified in mathematics, Swedish, natural sciences, and social sciences.
• Have experience teaching in primary school.
• Be accustomed to working systematically with quality assurance.

Personal suitability and previous experience are given great weight.
