About Us

Takkraft delivers tomorrow's energy solutions – solar panels, batteries, charging stations, and support services. Since our founding in 2020, we have installed over 2,000 facilities across Sweden. We are now scaling up and looking for more sales professionals to join our team.

About the Role

This is a dedicated inside sales role. You will be based at our office in Handen and sell digitally via phone and Teams – no field sales, no driver's license required. You will call warm leads who have already submitted an inquiry and help them find the right solution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact incoming inquiries (warm leads) via phone
  • Conduct needs analysis and advise on solar panels, batteries, charging stations, and support services
  • Present solution proposals and close deals digitally
  • Follow up on conversations and advance deals in our systems
  • Ensure a smooth internal handover when a deal is closed

We are looking for someone who

  • Has sales experience (merit: solar, battery storage, or other tech/energy sales)
  • Is goal-oriented and thrives with clear KPIs
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish (English is a plus)
  • Is computer literate and comfortable working with digital tools/CRM
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys following up until closure

Employment Conditions

  • Employment type: Permanent (starts with a 6-month probation period)
  • Scope: Full-time, weekdays 08:00–17:00
  • Location: Handenterminalen 4, Handen (Haninge)
  • Start date: According to agreement
