Job Description

The tasks vary depending on the needs of the students, projects, and operations. Provide pedagogical and social support to students in teaching situations, during breaks, in the cafeteria, special support during school start for students with needs, support in connection with internships and educational measures for students prior to workplace-based learning. Mentoring. Building relationships with students, colleagues, housing facilities, and contact persons. Actively promoting attendance and creating a sense of security. Values-based work. Securing internship placements, acting as a substitute, visiting homes/housing facilities.
